SPIDER SYSTEMS
spider © is an executive dashboard system that currently works with Zoll Data
Systems. SPIDER© reports various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including:
- On Time Performance
- Unit Hour Utilization
- Days in Accounts Receivable
- Collection Rate by Major Payor Class
- Payroll Cost Per Transport
- Overtime Percentage
- Pareto Diagramming for Late Reasons
SPIDER also monitors real time
performance and trends historical KPIs over a 13 month moving period.
SPIDER© can be customized and is deployable on other open architecture
CAD, Billing Systems, Accounting and Payroll Systems.
